PHPDepend should be able to merge it's CCN with PHPUnit's code-coverage to provide a method-level CRAP-index.
As long as there is --log-metrics in PHPUnit and no CRAP-index in PHPDepend one would be mad to switch.

You are right, that was one of the issues only on my personal todo list, but never documented as a ticket.
